Oatmeal Maple Scones

Ever since I bought Flour: Spectacular Recipes from Boston's Flour Bakery + Cafe I cannot stop making the delicious recipes. (here and here) I am a huge fan of anything with oatmeal so I had to try this quick and easy recipe for oatmeal maple scones. They turned out sweet, crumbly, and perfectly soft.

Maple is one of my very favorite flavors... and I love maple scones.

When I worked at Starbucks (back in the day that weight was never a concern), I used to eat a maple scone every morning shift!
