I have worked from home the past ten years, first as a Scientific Medical Liaison in Pharmaceuticals and Biotech and now as a personal stylist. Sometimes it truly feels like I spend countless hours at my desk so it is important that the space around me is not only functional but inspirational and fun. My ideal work space is clean, minimal, well lit, and stylish of course. I designed my home office with these ideas in mind and I am happy with the way it has all turned out. (despite the fact it took over a year to complete!)
A few weeks ago the talented and lovely Kristina with Fresca Photo (remember these amazing photos?) came over to take photos for my new website (yay-launching in a few weeks!) and so we decided to take a few extra shots in my newly decorated and completed office.

This is another space that I have seen today that has done a brilliant job of utilizing lighter colors in an office space which I think is the best option you can go with. Any office space that is dark and dreary will result in counter-productivity. What I love about this design is how the flowers and pictures are so vibrant and it gives it a big splash of color.
