Makeup Guide: When To Toss Your Makeup

    Happy Valentine's Day!

The other day I was organizing my makeup and I had no idea which makeup products to keep and which ones to throw out. And because there are no expiration dates on makeup I can never remember when I bought each item.  But beauty products do go bad over time and can stop working effectively or worse they can cause irritations and infections. So it is a good idea to assess your makeup a couple of times a year and toss out all unused and old makeup.  While there are really are no hard and fast rules about expiration dates for makeup there are general guidelines about when to toss out makeup. But depending on which resource you check out the information about when to toss out makeup varies quite drastically. For more information about the shelf life of makeup check out these useful links. Thanks for the reminder dear! I definitely try to cycle a little more often, but should really throw out lipsticks sooner rather than later!
