This week has been full of transitions. Last year Ariyana was in an afternoon preschool program, but this past week she started back at preschool and she has to be there early in the mornings. Ariyana seems to be doing just fine with her new sleep schedule and is adjusting to her new classroom. But I am the one having a harder time with this new transition. I am so exhausted by the end of day that I have been curling up in bed with a book or my laptop around 9 pm and I am sound asleep by 10!
This week I also started back at the gym after not being able to work out for a couple of months. I mixed up my workout routine with running, core fusion, a personal training session, and yoga. It definitely feels good to be able to transition back to a regular workout schedule.
And yesterday after work Aneesh and I grabbed dinner at The Capital Grille and headed over to Ariyana's school for Parent's Night. There is really nothing unique or all that interesting about this outfit except that I needed an outfit that would transition from work to dinner to Parent's Night. I decided to go with a pink silk blouse, a pencil skirt, and a fun polka dot scarf.
