If you like Indian food and you're looking for a quick and easy way to make tikka masala at home this dish is for you. This ready made Tikka Masala simmer sauce is full of intense flavors and all you have to do is add fish, chicken, or tofu. I like to top off the dish with some cilantro and serve it with garlic naan and a chopped salad consisting of cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes. And I am still amazed that my 3 year old actually likes and requests salmon for dinner!
