Here are a few pictures of Ariyana and me from my cousin's wedding we attended this past weekend. Can you believe this lengha is over 10 years old? It was originally short sleeved so to update the look I had the sleeves removed and had the top taken in so it would be more fitted.
I have more pictures of Rachna, Hetal, Julie, and my mom will share those with you this week as well.
On Saturday evening we attended my cousin's wedding reception in Toronto Canada. Even though none of us got much sleep during the weekend we all had an amazing time and it was great to see all our family and close family friends. Here's a few pictures I was able to grab right before we walked into the event.
Aneeesh and me
We were so rushed to grab these photos so unfortunately I was not able to get many good shots of my sari. This was the best one and my eyes were closed!

On the way from the Finger Lakes to Toronto we stopped to show Ariyana Niagara Falls. Even though she did not have a huge interest in seeing the waterfalls, it was nice to take a break from being in the car and we enjoyed a casual dinner at a restaurant overlooking the waterfalls.
Yesterday we spent the day at the Finger Lakes Wine Region in New York and it was a beautiful and warm day for wine tasting at the local wineries, walking along the harbor, and sipping on a nice cold riesling on the hotel patio. And of course this was all followed by a nice long siesta late in the afternoon.
I love this quote I saw at a winery yesterday and agree great wine brings me joy and happiness.
My new favorite shoes are these Kate Spade espadrille flats and I have been wearing them almost everyday since I got them. (I bought them on sale at Lord & Taylor for 40% off!If you do get a pair be sure to go up a full size. They run small.)
I picked up this embroidered dress at Zara last week. (They also had an amazing sale going on in the store.)
At times it was a struggle trying to keep Ariyana entertained during our wine tasting but overall she did pretty well.
At one winery we tried the chocolate and wine pairing and we tasted this milk chocolate bark made with sesame oil and seeds. It was so good we had to take some back with us.
