Shift Into Spring

Sometimes I want to get get dressed fast, without sacrificing style of course, and shift dresses are perfect for these occasions. Shift dresses are fashionable, easy to style, comfortable, and they are the perfect alternative to wearing suits for work. I wore this Milly shift dress for an evening at Tiffany & Co. where I had the opportunity to preview the launch of the new Rubedo metal collection for their 175th anniversary. It was a wonderful evening filled with beautiful jewels and delicious food and I especially enjoyed meeting some great new people here in Washington D.C.

i am not at all a shift dress person because they normally feel too stuffy with the high neck. this one is really pretty though, and i love the color blocking
