Spring 2013 Color Trend: Mint Green
Zara jacket | Lush flowy tunic | Free People destroyed skinny stretch jeans | Amrita Singh necklace | Nine West heels (similar)| Topshop studded belt
One of the spring color trends I am looking forward to is mint green. I adore this soft and cool color and for the spring season it will look great paired up with other pastels and more neutral colors. But since the weather is still quite cold here in D.C. I decided to winterize this sheer mint blouse by adding a quilted short jacket and I toughened it up with distressed jeans and a studded belt. To balance out the entire look I added a couple of feminine touches with the addition of a floral statement necklace and a pair of black pointy heels.
And I cannot believe I waited this long to buy a pair of destroyed skinny jeans. I love this pair and have been living in them the past couple of weeks. I wore these jeans last week in the Dominican Republic with a tank and flip flops then again this past weekend in Toronto with a short sweater and ankle boots. They are super soft, comfortable, and look great rolled up or down.

love it all!
Naina, this outfit really changes the way you look. I can't put my finger on why, but you look much younger and happier.
I love mint too 🙂
I'm definitely loving mint and I love how you styled it here!
But are the jeans comfy? Inquiring minds want to know…and you know I hate trying clothes on, UGH.
