    Style In The Kitchen

Even though we have been living in this house for almost a year I just finished decorating and styling the dining area of our kitchen. I wanted to create a clean, modern, minimal and colorful space but since the house is a rental I did not want to go overboard with my budget. I kept the overall look neutral and simple and decided to go with a dark table paired up with contrasting white chairs. I selected this fabric for the chairs but then I saw this IKAT print and immediately changed my mind. The bar cart is from Society Social and curtains are from Restoration Hardware.

Naina—I'm crazy for anything IKAT, and that fabric is just gorgeous. We're moving too and will be in a rental. I think I'll play it like you and take my time in decorating the house.

Naina, Colors on your chair cushions matches your tea pot set….:-). Love your floor lamp.
