The Tuxedo Jacket

I have not worn this tuxedo jacket in a long time but it is the perfect layering piece as the weather starts to get warmer. I love the jacket paired up with a tunic and leggings for cooler days and in a a few months it will be cute worn over a feminine strapless sundress. Also one of my favorite trends for the spring season is the black and white combination and this jacket would look so fun worn with a simple white tank and white skinny jeans.
And speaking of spring weather we certainly felt a touch of warmer weather yesterday here in the DC area. It was a beautiful day and it felt amazing to be able to be active outdoors. I went for a nice long jog in our neighborhood and even played some tennis with Aneesh and Ariyana. Actually it was a lot of fun because it was the first time Ariyana held a tennis racket. It was such a sweet and nostalgic moment seeing her excited to hit the ball over the net and it brought back memories of when I was learning how to play tennis growing up.

Very chic!! I am not sure whether the colour is black? It appears as a very dark green on my screen.

I have so many black blazers and it always comes down to one from Zara or H&M. Go figure, sometimes they do make real winners. Look fabu lady!!
